I am new to Fast Action and was approached by Parker Smart from the company. He explained their process along with their new client special. Everyone has been extremely professional and never pressured me. Recently my pest issues have escalated and I no longer wanted to be my own pest person. Parker sent out Nickolas for my first service. Nickolas listened to all my issues and went above and beyond to apply everything that was needed. The day after the first service I no longer see ants around my property. Nick was very thorough and knocked all my cobwebs down and the wasps nests. I appreciate their timely stop by and next day service, thanks for all the help.

This company harasses neighborhoods for business. They have come to my house 4 times. This particular sales person has harassed a number of my neighbors. He claims that they service 64 homes on our neighborhood. And he is demeaning when we say we are not interested. If this company is anything like the pushy sales person they hire, I would never use their services. **UPDATE** The company reached out to me to make sure they have my address to make sure their sales people do not contact me again. I appreciate the follow up.
