We had an assessment completed in April and scheduled the work. On the day that the work was scheduled for, no one showed up and we were later told the tech was injured in a car accident on the way to our home and that they would call us immediately to reschedule. They never called back, and we’ve called several times since with no response. We would at least like our $95 assessment fee back, but can’t get in touch with anybody.

This company did such fine work in such a timely and communicative fashion, that I’m actually writing this review even though it means publicly posting on Google Reviews that I had a possum in my basement! That should be enough said, but I’l take it a step further and explain that John and his men were able work with the unconventional challenge that our home’s strange historic architecture presented in order to build a barrier to prevent future entry by critters. They arrived right on time and did beautiful work. Thank you for the peace of mind

Hired them at the end of July to remove 2 groundhogs from our property. Their traps are sat empty on our property until late September. They took the traps after we posted a negative review on Facebook. They also left a phone message saying that even though the traps sat empty on our property that they went beyond the contract. (While technically true, empty traps don’t do anything!) In August they said they would replace the traps and shortly afterwards stopped answering their phone or returning our messages. When we were able to talk to them, we got nothing but excuses and they would said they’d come the next day, and be a no show once again.

We were disappointed with our experience. The owner was very hands-on and knowledgeable and initially things went well. Yet organization and follow-through were lacking. After paying hundreds of dollars we ended up purchasing a live trap and having to finish the job on our own.

We’ve used Midatlantic several times over the years. John the owner is always responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the issue whether it’s been mice, moles or bats. I would highly recommend the company.

Excellent customer service from John. Very knowledgeable and friendly, was not in a rush to give a pushy sales pitch. Offered very helpful tips. I will be using this service on my large commercial property in the future. It’s a good feeling when you find an honest, polite and knowledgeable representative such as I did today.
