James arrived within hours of my call and promptly took care of the swarming yellow jacket wasps. He checked in twice afterward to make sure there weren’t any remaining wasps. His price was $100 lower than the other local company I contacted. He is friendly and personable and I highly recommend him.

I normally don’t write reviews by I had a fantastic experience with Expert Pest Control. I had a bee emergency! Bees were coming into my building from a nest in the cinderblock. I first called a big pest control company who could not come out immediately, but I found Expert Pest Control! James came out the same day and took care of the problem. The service was fast, friendly, effective and educational. James is the best. Call Expert!

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, NEGLIGENT, IMPROPER company I have ever dealt with. We have had a infestation for WEEKS and they have rescheduled and cancelled the appointment numerous times with COUNTLESS excuses when I am a paying customer. I have never in my life come in contact with someone like this. JAMES has given broken promises and failed me numerous times. I have been attacked by these bugs and put my faith in a sloppy, careless company. If you need help GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Mr.James and his grandson(assistant) were very professional, honest, kind, and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend him for pest control!!!! I tried a company before him and was extremely disappointed and as a result I found someone who cared enough to do a top notch job and follow up.
