Had a great experience! Sent a text after hours, appointment scheduled, and a tech arrived the next morning at 8a. He was professional and kind and answered all of our questions. Before he pulled out of our driveway, we had quotes to take care of everything we asked for. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service. Very kind and understanding! Worked with us and were able to schedule quickly. All the staff were respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and treated us like friends. We knew our apartment was in good hands when we left for the treatment. Gave us updates through text and pictures. When we need any pest control service Free Bee will be our first call. We were worried we had honey bees climbing into our garage and potentially forming a hive, but Free Bee quickly diagnosed them as harmless Mason bees. They were kind enough to text with us when we reached out on a Sunday even though it was not during business hours. They put us at ease and I enjoyed learning about Mason bees– something I never knew existed!

We purchased a building with roaches gave Free Bee a call and they came quickly. We set up for the quarterly spraying just to keep anything and everything away. I have not seen a single bug since the first spray. They have extremely friendly staff and I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the text reminders.
