I highly recommend this company! I got about four quotes done to treat termites from big names companies like ABC, Terminex…etc. I called STC and spoke with Chad. Let’s just say, this is a professional and hard working company. They came and did a great JOB! 10 out of 10!

Chad and Brendon are always very nice and on time. We had another pest control company come out to get rid of ants in the house and outside before them and we still had ant hills popping up everywhere and persistent indoor ants. They came out and were able to eliminate them and we rarely see any ants or other bugs since we started having them come out on a regular basis.

Always friendly, on time, and meets all of my extermination needs. Knocks down nests from wasps and hornets. I’ve been using them since we moved into our home 2 years ago. We had a bad ant problem and STC took care of it quickly and they come every 3 months. Great service!

After experiencing a subterranean termite infestation in a front window sill area, I contacted several of the better termite and pest control companies after reading their reviews. I was impressed with Chad for his quickness in picking up my call, forthrightness, punctuality in keeping two appointments and reasonable pricing. Like many others, he uses Termidor, (both liquid and foam), the top rated product for termite control. He was able to spot treat the infested area (10 feet on either side of the infestation area) for a very reasonable fee, and credit that payment towards a future whole house treatment, which I liked. I have to move a whole pile of split wood before the whole house can be treated, so this worked out best for me. When I asked Chad about another window sill, he inspected it and didn’t find cause for immediate concern (i.e., no attempt to upsell). I was impressed with the overall experience and am sure we will have him do the whole house treatment in the not-too-distant future. I recommend Chad of STC Termite and Pest Control.
