Hello there, I wanted to share my experience with Signature Pest Management. If a salesperson from this company comes to your doorstep to sign you up for their service, please be cautious. They may try to convince you to sign up without mentioning the contract terms. If you decide to cancel the service, they will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of around $700, which is quite high. And they don’t even share the documents with you whether you signed up or not, they simply charge your credit card. Therefore, I strongly advise against switching to or getting a new service from Signature Pest Management if you already have a pest service provider. I would have given 0 star if it allows me to do so.

Signature did a one time treatment of our home in late 2019 against ants and we didn’t have a single ant for the next 2yrs 8mos. They came back this year and they treated it again, i’m sure we’ll have similar results.
