After looking at their reviews, I decided to leave Clark & select this location to complete servicing for my termite bond. This company sent a quote for servicing and reneged on the quote after completing the service. (I previously tried to post my review showing the signed quote and the apologetic email from their management team, however, they managed to get the review removed with that proof attached.) After speaking with the management team and the owner in attempt to have them honor the signed quote they sent me, I requested for them to remove the bating stations as I was not willing to pay an additional $125 than the agreed amount. This company does a great job of filtering the negative reviews on their Google, however, I would recommend looking at their Facebook and other websites review history. Do your research and go with a more reputable and honest company that allows their good and bad reviews.

Excellent company and service from the owner and all the team members – front office, field technicians and the folks that follow-up after your appointment is finished. Friendly, courteous and professional!. Full range of services with a competitive price structure. But reason I am a long term customer (10+ years) is these folks are friendly, honest and are genuinely concerned they are meeting your expectations! Somewhat of a rare characteristic in today’s busy service industry environment.

I have been a VERY HAPPY Customer with MidSouth for about a yr. I had the perimeter dig treatment for Termites, the Tech’s were not only extremely professional but they expertly explained every step of the operation and why. I have since signed up for their Quarterly pest treatment. Since starting this, I have seen MAYBE 1 Palmetto Bug in my garage and normally it’s dead! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for both their Professionalism but also their Price.
