Only giving 2 stars because I appreciate my technician, Dylan, and he deserves 5. As for the Gregroy pest control in general we are not satisfied with their lack of customer service when it comes to communication. We received a price increase for the property that was never conveyed in advance to us. This is exactly opposite of good customer service and management never gets into contact with me about anything! You need to communicate better all the way around as we have had issues in other areas of this as well! Perhaps you should acknowledge poor CS when it comes around? If I get a call then I might consider deleting this review but until then, it stays!

Outstanding service. Would highly recommend. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked us through all of the services and answered all of our questions. Could not ask for better service. Tony was awesome.

We have a business contract with Gregory. They do not show up for scheduled appointments, and do not notify management that they are not keeping the scheduled appointments nor to reschedule. When they do arrive, they are not prepared for the tasks at hand. With excuses such as, the equipment is broken, someone else has the needed equipment, they do not have the proper chemicals on the truck ect. We will be looking for a new service provider for our properties.

I HATE bugs. Tony Lewis helped solve our bug problem without me ever having to see or touch them. I cannot recommend him more. If you hate all bugs the way I do call Tony he is honest and will solve your problems.
