I hate bugs and rodents!! And if you do too, Proof Pest Control is the way to go! Henry is down to earth, very knowledgeable, took care of our needs, set our minds at ease with the products they offer, and willing to come out at anytime after the first service to take care of any creepy-crawlers that we may see before the next service. Highly recommend!

Henry did a great job following up on ants and wasps. He refilled the wasp trap and did the quarterly treatment. He looked for other issues we have had in the past and explained things very well.

I just got signed up and Proof did an excellent job! We had massive wasp and spider issues inside and the salesman (Christian) explained how all their products worked in a straight forward and professional manner and then the technician came out and went above and beyond to make sure that all of the issues were taken care of! Overall 10/10 definitely would recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would. Didn’t even receive services from them, but we had one of their employees (Tori) come to our door just now. My husband answered the door, and, thank God we have cameras at our house, because I got to watch the entire interaction. Tori, you are the most unprofessional sales person I have ever witnessed, and I didn’t even meet you face to face! First off, you came to our door at 8:41 PM…. WHO SOLICITS AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT??? I saw another review from someone else saying this is a common practice of this business, which is BEYOND disrespectful and inappropriate. Secondly, Tori, just by watching your interaction with my husband on our doorbell camera, I was utterly disgusted. First off, you badmouthed another competitor company, you kept on insisting my husband invest in your services when he kept telling you and implying he wasn’t interested, and… to top it off, you were extremely flirtatious toward him (even HE says you were flirtatious and inappropriately forward towards him). You kept saying, “oh, Nicki…. c’mon… help me out here”, while giggling like a little school girl and mentioning you need “money for grad school”. You even said things such as, “oh man Nicki… (while laughing and covering her face) don’t tell my boss I’m doing this, but….” and then proceeded to tell him she’d provide the first service (which is usually the most expensive service) for free and then give a discount for the other services. She even said she’d sing him a song and that she “had her ukulele in her car” if he accepted their services (what the actual?… who does that?!). My blood was boiling just listening to Tori pester my husband, and I was already in bed, so I turned on our intercom feature on the camera and said, “no means no. Goodbye”… after Tori heard my voice, I could clearly see her demeanor change from a flirty, over the top little school girl to being timid and finally wrapping things up with her 30 minute flirt-fest. She literally said, “is that your wife???” and giggled nervously. Yeah, honey. I’m his wife, and you’re lucky I didn’t come downstairs and talk to you myself. You should truly be ashamed of yourself, and after seeing other bad reviews of this company and how truly creepy and intrusive you people are, I will call the police if you step foot on my property ever again (:

I am truly truly hurt because I left my regular pest control company to come here and it’s been crazy ever since….. When I say more bugs came after each treatment it did and weird stuff starting happening …. Big black spiders in my tub coming up out drain, mice eating wood coming through cabinet, maggots out if no where in my dog food bowl, spiders coming down kitchen lights. Like it was one big one and a whole bunch of small babies…. I kept getting retreated and now I have ants in my closet on my second floor in my bedroom and there’s nothing in there but carpet and my clothes. Like I’m hurt…. Now I did have someone new show up that was management named Leroy that did everything to help my problems. I even got a year of services. He really tried but few weeks from last treatments. We seeing mice everywhere and more big black spiders. I reached out to manager Leroy to find out he’s no longer with company at all or in the state. So he told me to contact certain people at company but I got a rude man named Nathan that only cared about getting paid for services of treatments that’s not working. He promised to call me back but instead had his do girl Brandi call me to say no more treatments until a payment….. Seriously and ever since I switched to you. I had more problems that lasted through the winter and summer. Nothing got better it got worst…. Last treatment they gave….I ended up with a bunch of Lil ants in my closet rugs and mice running and jumping around. Look at what they found and treated in pictures…. Had same problem. Tech Jerod was from 06/2022 and new one was from 04/2023 I just want my money back that I did give but crazy thing. They had a brother as a tech and sister in office that got payments from us but no proof of payments over phone. Just the $59 payments….. They state give treatments up to 2 weeks to work. Yea okay and they are no longer helping the problems but should of rid everything before dodging me…. Truth be told the products are not working and I have proof from day one until present. I even have ex staff members as witnesses and more….. I will delete my entire post if they return money or rid my pest problems I had and got worst Update 06/03/24 Thank you for your response but I paid you cash and only got free treatments because of problems. So please tell the truth because everything is documented and anyone can contact me

This company walks around my neighborhood soliciting services in a way that is truly unacceptable. Myself and many of my neighbors have “No Soliciting” signs, which are not being respected by multiple workers from this company. They are taking pictures of houses. Looking in backyards and windows. One person even came and rang my doorbell at 8:30 at night! I live in a suburban neighborhood, and have a young toddler who’s in bed by 7:30pm… any soliciting after 7:00pm is so disrespectful. I’m not usually the “Karen” sort, but I’m getting tired of this particular company and its solicitation practices of me and my neighbors. I can honestly say I have no idea as to how good of a job they do for pest control… I can say that they are persistent, though! I suppose that’s not a bad thing for a pest control company… I’ll give them that!

Their door to door human ads apparently can not read no soliciting signs. I wonder if it’s a requirement to work for this company to have no reading comprehension.
