This company was hands down a pleasure to do business with. From Kevin the customer service rep over the phone to the manager Mike to the technician Carlos. From beginning to end they all were super friendly and knowledgeable. Way better then Terminix company 100% better. They didnt rush me at all, listened to my concerns and really actually wanted to help address and take care of my issues and went above and beyond to do just that. I am 100% satisfied thank you so much.

These guys have been awesome. I’ve been subscribed to their seasonal package for over 2 years now and honestly, my house having been built on old farm land, I have rarely seen any pest indoors. My parents live with me and, due to language barriers, the technicians are sometimes rudely (but not intentionally) shooed away but they always reach out to reschedule. Always very friendly and professional. I do highly recommend their services.

They come whenever they feel like it. Don’t schedule anything so we’re not home when they come but they still charge. and therefore we do not get what we pay for. Canceled.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to this company. My goodness we have been struggling with this bug issue for a moment and then one day I am not exaggerating they’re gone they’re gone !!!, I could finally cook. I could finally feel a sense of relief. I’m not overwhelmed or stressed anymore with this issue thank you thank you so much. I hope you guys continue to thrive in your business. My experience with EcoGuard has been EXCELLENT! Every employee I have dealt with has been very friendly and professional. My first encounter with EcoGuard was a salesman named Carson. He was really helpful in identifying my needs and getting me set up with a plan that was right for me. Dan (the technician who came to my house) was especially awesome! He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He found some issues that I needed to address and gave some excellent advice on how to fix them. He thoroughly sprayed around my property and I am already seeing the results! I am so happy to know that Dan will be my regular technician. I know that I am in good hands with him! So I just want to send a huge THANK YOU to Dan, Carson and all the amazing staff at EcoGuard!! You guys are awesome!!! I’m so happy to be working with you!!

The Technician went above and beyond at our house. He took his time and did not rush. Our house is small but our backyard is huge and he covered the entire property. I appreciate the company having honest and hard working employees. It shows that they love what they do and enjoy working for a great company.
