Company and staff were very nice and extremely friendly but product did not work. They came out April 10th, sprayed interior and exterior. We still had ants everywhere- at the 7 day mark called to have a re-spray which wasn’t available until the 29th. Had ants all over our living room by May 15th, when I called to see available options was today we were “out of warranty window” and would have to pay to have another spray done. Disappointed and don’t want to pay again for something that clearly hasn’t worked the last 2 times.

If you are looking for a company that is reliable and works with a positive, customer first adittude, this is it. Our Technician Robert is both informative and efficient. He always greets me or my wife with the upmost respect and he is a huge reason we lean on Robards for our quarterly sprays.

These guys are great. They spray all the units in my town home community. In the process, they are very respectful. I ask them to wear masks in my home because I care for an elderly, vulnerable parent. They comply with graciousness and that is true customer service. The two gentlemen who come are Patrick and Brad (I think that’s his name). They’re so nice, I called the owner of this Robards and praised them. Great service!

Went from 5 star for the last 4 years to 1 within a month. First off, the man who serviced my house every 3 months for years would always greet me with “hi I’m blank from robards here to spray…” like every time was the first time we’d met. That’s fine, he always got the job done. The last time, I noticed he actually hadn’t even sprayed before he left. When I questioned this he lied and said he did spray! I hoped I was wrong but the first warm week of the year comes a couple weeks later and am being chased by red wasps every time i leave the house. Another man come to respray. Tell me why there are still wasps nesting within a couple weeks? and when i call back for a respray for the third time it will be 2 weeks wait? I left a message for a manager to call which they did not and so I’m leaving this review and calling one of the many other pest control services offered in this city for now and future needs. Very unhappy with the inconvenience they have caused me.

I had an urgent issue with a house we were fixing to close on …. The lending company had called, requesting another report due to the first inspection report missing some items they said must be treated before they would clear to close. I called this company and the issue was taken care of the same day. Excellent, friendly and quick customer service. Would definitely recommend

I have updated my review to drop a couple stars. We recently had a family emergency that kept us from keeping up with our service schedule. Although I do appreciate not having a contract, I wish I had been told that going one month past your scheduled timeframe would place you as a new customer resulting in double the cost. We have been a customer for years. I would think being unaware of this policy and never had this issue before, there would have been more understanding. I’ll keep it at 3 stars because the technicians are great and unless I find another company that offers no contract I will begrudgingly stay with Robards. Update: I received a call to fix the issue. Any service can have flaws, no problem there, but what defines good service is standing behind your work. There was absolutely no issue in standing behind a 30 day warranty. That’s a good chunk of time. Since I was unaware of that warranty and a repeat customer the technician was willing to work with me on a solution. Very happy and changing my stars to 5 as they could not have been more polite and accommodating. To note: the yard service worked great last year. It was one area that didn’t take this year so if I had called within the 30 days and had that part sprayed again it would have been another great year. So I am changing recommendations to both home and yard service Love the company for house spray! I give 5 stars for home service in house. I give 3 stars for the one time yard spray. This is our second year doing the one time 125$ yard spray. Last year was great. This year the furthest part of our yard continued to have an ant problem, worsening shortly after the spray. Maybe because it is the furthest part of the yard it didn’t get as much spray? Not sure, but hesitant to use that part of the service again. I did try to contact them but since it had been more than 30 days there was no warranty. I didn’t know about the 30 day warranty so I guess that is my fault. 125$ is a lot to still be buying products for the yard. No discount for a second spray either. Definitely recommend in house service Do not recommend yard spray
