I changed my rating from one star to five stars. My landlord, Becovic, lied and said that Cycor Peat control said, “I denied access to my apartment.” So, Cycor returned to my apartment unit in April for an inspection/fumigation. They were polite, quick, and professional. On March 6, 2024, The day of the inspection, I complied with the instructions, placed everything out of the cabinets and drawers In the bed, and went to work. No one contacted me to tell me it was a problem accessing my unit. I was not supposed to leave the door open. On April 1, my landlord sent me a 10-day notice because Cycor said, “The tenant refused to allow access, which is a breach of lease.” This statement is a total lie because Cycor never said that, and I worked 9 hours and 18 minutes on that day, so no one in my apartment could deny access. Moreover, the door has no blockage or extra locks that management cannot open. I do recommend Cycor because of their professionalism and honesty. I do not recommend my landlord, Becovic, for not admitting their mistakes, giving false statements about their tenants, and using Cycor as a coverup.

Like other reviews ; the fellas that showed up hit the areas thoroughly. Schedule was good. Reminded me to wash things & let me know bed bugs are close to ominompresent & Let them know in 2weeks. ( If another treatment is necessary) I even went on Wikipedia after the Treatment. ( cimicids going dormant for 300 days is something; in the year of cicadas ) 🤦🏾‍♂️ The dispatch is good too.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. When an employee was doing routine maintenance at my unit, he was asking questions, and I tried to give him more details in regards to what was going on with my unit. I am currently living in a building that is pest infested, and when I tried explaining that if all the other units are infected, then my unit will be dealing with an infestation as well, but he dismissed what I was saying as “unnecessary” in a rude tone. I refused to answer any further questions after that, and attempted to submit a complaint with management, but the “owner” started spouting off the same tirade as the employee, and told me to call the police and file a complaint with them instead. Which explains why the employees are so comfortable being disrespectful when the “owner” is just as comfortable being disrespectful to customers as well. A BBB complaint was submitted.

Avoid this company if you have pets!!! They claim the chemical that they use is pet friendly. It is not. They won’t even give you the EPA number of the chemicals that they use. They are owned by a Becovic Management family member. Becovic was my previous landlord and they used this company. They came in and sprayed my house and my cat became severely ill. Do yourself a favor buy some diatomaceous earth powder that is pet friendly. Put it under your sinks, behind your fridge and around the outside walls of your house. It will keep the bugs out, and your pets safe.

Called them in for a roach infestation, which seems to have done the job, but now all of the sudden, we have BED BUGS! And we were told by our property manager that the guy who exterminated our roaches GAVE us the bed bugs via his clothing. This same company is coming by to get rid of the bed bugs… Whats next, lice?

They rush through. The only thing they spray unless asked is cabinets. They don’t really inspect anything.

These guys are OUTSTANDING!!! Pricing is reasonable. I own an apartment building in Rogers Park and I only call these guys!
