Scheduled an appointment with Sergio on Wednesday for Friday between 12-4. Despite reminders, he failed to ask for my address. Coordinating between 3 units, 6 of us waited until I called at 3:50 to find out they scheduled for next Friday. Unbelievable incompetence! They ditched us after confirming the appointment for this Friday over the phone. Left us with the same pest issue and 6 furious tenants who wasted their day. Avoid this unreliable mess and find a pest control service worth your time and money!

We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. He was prompt, friendly, professional, humane, and most importantly, strategic in his handling of the problem. He immediately found all the hot spots, and within a week and a half there were no signs of mice anywhere. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services.

I hired this company back in 2021 and John, the technician we got, did an amazing job. He only needed to come back once for a follow up but we didn’t see any pests at that time. Recently we hired him back and he was very nice, informative and sealed everything up again. I am super happy with their job and would highly recommend them.

I called them up back in 2020 and scouted around my house and found the results to why I was having a mice infestation. I was about to go with their services but I got his with COVID-19 and when I recovered we did extensive basement work and did not have time to call up an exterminator. 3 days ago a huge huge rat snuck in when I took my dog outside and honestly Mickey the Rat kept evading my little glue traps. I figured it was time to call them up and they gave suggestions on how to kill the rat. The guy was very courteous and set up a trap since it would be more effective with a professional. Later that evening, Mickey the Rat ended up in the trap. I am so happy our pest problem is gone. I definitely highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with this company. Sergio came out the same day to do the initial treatment of a wasp nest after we found them flying into holes in our wall. We eventually found out their nest was not near the entrance point which caused the first treatment to not be completely effective. Sergio returned under the guarantee and eliminated the pests without charging me any more. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and promptness to help get rid of the wasps. I will use them again and I highly recommend this company!
