I have used Dodson quite a few times and never been disappointed. Most recently I used them for termite treatment that was overdue. Received their quote promptly, and treatment was completed within days quote. Great crew!

“Worst Decision Ever – Avoid This Company! Choosing this company was the worst mistake I’ve made. Their service is consistently subpar, requiring me to constantly follow up to ensure they’re doing what they’re supposed to. Despite scheduling both inside and outside services and recording them in their files, they consistently provide only partial service. To make matters worse, after canceling my service following a year-long contract and being told my balance was zero, I was charged again for a month’s payment that I had no knowledge of and being delinquent. Their communication is abysmal, and their service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company. There are plenty of other companies out there that can provide the service you paid for without any hassle or runaround. You shouldn’t have to constantly remind them to do the job they claim to be experts at.”

Our technician Lester serviced our rental property with great care and knowledge today! He was not here just to do a service but to educate my husband and I on the amazing job we would be receiving, as well. We could not have had a better person to come out and service our rental. We feel like we’ve met a new friend. I also have to give a shout out to Dan who took my call twice today.
