Giving a 5-Star review to three great members of your Team. Jennifer Williams helped get us set up and on your schedule in no time flat. She explained the termite and other pest options, made helpful suggestions and recommendations, and got us on the scheduled to be visited in no time. Our Service Inspection Report was completed by Zachary Elmers who was very thorough and knowledgeable. My wife met him on-site and because it took him a few mins longer to get out there, even helped treat a couple of fire ant piles he spotted for no additional charge. The Service Report was detailed and sent to us the next day. Last but not least, the County requested a couple of related forms in order for the treatment to count towards our home build. Clara Theiss was kind enough to complete the forms for us and turned them back around to us, within the hour, on a Friday afternoon so we could get it to the inspection office before the weekend. We’re barely a week in and shopped a number of pest treatment providers before working with Clark’s. I couldn’t be happier with their team and the initial service experience they’ve provided us with. Highly recommend.

MYRTLE BEACH DEPARTMENT Will charge but not perform services that you paid. Will, also, tell you that is not their responsibility to get rid of pests when they arrive and you are responsible for removal. Go to another business. This place is a scam. I was charged monthly for services that I never received. They, also, will not explain to you how the billing works until you cancel. So, you pay for so many services without receiving treatment. You and your home deserve better treatment.

Clark’s Service techs that come onsite are knowledgeable & easy to work with – the only positive thing I can say about Clark’s. I would not recommend Clark’s if customer service is important to you. Their sales tactics are aggressive & shady. Their customer service is poor. They’re quick to want to sell a service but completely lacking in follow-up. Not transparent in their business practices. Difficult to communicate with, no problem resolution on billing issues.

Received outstanding service from Christopher Murray (SC-8915) today who provided a thorough inspection of our home. We had questions, and Christopher took the time to communicate in an easy to understand and not overly technical manner. Keep up the good work Christopher. We hope you are assigned to our home in the future!

Be careful dealing with Jessie manager.She’s trying to say that the active termites that we still have after over a month, is water damage. This I will be back to let you know what happens next. Very shady or just doesn’t know the job this person is hired to do unfortunately but it’s not the customers fault. Great way to treat a disabled veteran and my family.

My Clark representative was Charlie- Charlie was extremely flexible and did a last minute rescheduling for me to help with my dog. He was thorough and pleasant during his inspection and also very informative, making yard recommendations to help deter termites. I would recommend clark’s and recommend Charlie.
