Great technician !!! Was stood up by another company ( Modern) , and I found Rocket, great customer experience booking the appt. Incredible experience from the technician onsite !!! Highly recommend !!!

I am not happy with this company. They automatically took 300+ from my checking account a few months ago with no explanation what it was for. I talked with the Receptionist twice trying to get an explanation and was told I would get a call back; Never got a call back. I remember paying a year in advance last June. I get a text from them today because they tried to take 28.00 from my account and they were denied. They wanted to sell me another plan …when I texted back asking them what the 300+ was for they said “probably” what I owed from last year. No company should work like this.

Since Rocket Pest Control bought out Home Pest my review goes from 5-star to 1-star. 888 call back number with no one ever helpfully responding. Give a day for service but no reliable arrival time. Send me conflicting appt info. The only nice thing that happened today was the tech who serviced my property, Nate, efficient and courteous. He’s not at fault here; as usual corporate “suits” are! The company itself is consumer-unfriendly. Very annoying, frustrating and time-consuming experience. I will be looking elsewhere after many years with Home Pest and this past awful year with corporate Rocket.

I changed my rating due to the recent habits of this business. They recently have a habit of scheduling appointments without notifying me until the day of or day before while I’m at work. They’ll show up to do their routine sprays but leave a note claiming they came by and no one answered the door. Again, I’m at work and unaware that there’s an appointment because no one tells me. I’ve been trying for days to get the inside of my house sprayed and they decided to scheduled it on a Monday morning while I was at work without telling me. Only to leave a note outside to show that they came. When I called in to complain about this, I was ignored. It wasn’t like this when it was Home Pest.
