I’ve had some pesky little creepy crawlers in my home lately and Chris came to remedy the issue. He was so incredibly meticulous and thorough and really took the time to address my concerns and let me know what he was doing throughout his process. He went above and beyond and used more than one remedy to make sure that My home is thoroughly protected against the various critters I’ve been dealing with. I already feel more at ease and appreciate that he checks-in after he’s provided his services to ensure their efficacy. Chris does an amazing job! I had a huge black widow and roach problem among other little critters. He made sure it was taken care of immediately. Always on time and communicative. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond. Chris has great work ethic and definately takes pride in what he does. We’ve been using Alternative Pest for our house, and several rental units in the Village of Oak Creek/Sedona and Cottonwood for several years now. Chris has always been our technician, we’ve always been extremely pleased with his service. Chris is prompt, gives us a heads up call and has been very flexible in scheduling and working with us. He’s resolved several issues, mice, scorpions, ants, the usual culprits in our area. He uses a nontoxic solution on the interiors, exterior diatomaceous soil and other more necessary materials If needed, while being very mindful of children, pets, etc. He works with us, fees are very reasonable with no up selling or unnecessary services recommended ever. I can’t recommend Chris and Alternative Pest highly enough!

Have had nothing but great service from Alternative Pest and Chris in particular. Chris has been taking care of our place for a few years and does an outstanding job. Knowledgeable, caring, and just a really nice guy. The termite inspection technician was also great and spent considerable time answering questions when we purchased the property. Highly recommended.
