I have found Mills Pest Management to be a great company to work with. They have been very customer friendly and my experience with them reflects that they have a lot of integrity. I have now called on them twice, once to address an issue with ants (that I thought were termites) and a second time to address a rat problem in my shed. Trying to find where the rats were getting in was really challenging, and they had to come back a second time after doing quite a lot of work initially to clean out the shed and try to seal it up. Before they did the follow up work, they sent another more experienced technician out free of charge to try to identify the exact location. They recently just completed the follow up work, spending quite a bit of time to do so and only charging me $50 for the work. I was extremely impressed! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Let me start out this review with an opinion. If Mill’s was not contracted, my partner would not of been robbed. From my recent experience I have come to the opinion Kevin, the owner of Mills, outsources labor to maximize his potential profit and this time it has gone too far. It is my opinion Kevin has used his family to market his business via Yelp photos to give the impression this is a trust worthy family operated business. But I view this as marketing since it seems his family were NOT the ones that showed up to do ANY of the work, contrary to what his Yelp photos could lead you to believe. We did not witness or have any reason to believe a single Mill’s family member bothered to show up and supervise any of the contractors much less do any of the actual work. Don’t get me wrong, I see the financial benefit in not doing the work yourself. You can be the face, remember the family photos, while the contractor does the work. This may potentially allow Kevin to collect money with no accountability. And from my opinion it has worked, and in my opinion it still works. But hopefully this review puts a stop to this business model, at least for Mill’s. In my conversation with Kevin it was my interpretation he argued that the people on site had a zero probability of being involved in the robbery. But I cannot see how that is true being that I have no knowledge of his staff ever being on site in this incident. I called Kevin immediately after the robbery yet within 10 seconds of talking to Kevin he claimed, with zero evidence, that it was impossible for this contractor, I believe he actually called them his “boys” on the call, to have been involved in the robbery. I asked how he knew, his response..”cause I know”. Now I believe that to be non-factual response. At that point I felt this was an unreasonable person I was talking to and told him the rest of the conversation will be online. I simply ended the conversation there at which point he continually called my phone back which I opted to not further respond. I am simply not going to argue with someone I interpret as nonsensical. I think he felt very threatened by this potential exposure. I do not recommend Mill’s.

Sorry. I thought they were going to be good. Hoping they’d be a great local partner. However, that was not the case. I was surprised when they didn’t go in the attic or crawl space to service the property. That is an additional charge?? What? Don’t rodents usually live in attics and crawl spaces. Ok. Went along with it. Kept trying. No results. After poor service, I terminated them. Hired a new company and the abatement work they said that was complete was not. New vendor found several access points to the property. The real kicker…after I terminated them, they gave me a mystery charge on my credit card for a visit that never happened. Would not use them again.

Honesty, integrity & quality work. If these three are important to you look no further than Mills! We had severe termite damage in our guest house–the subfloor was roached (pun intended) and causing nasty plumbing issues. Fear not! Kevin and his world-class team diagnosed the problem in short order–replaced the flooring–and now everything is ship shape! We have used Mills for a few years now and I’m so thankful we have them in our community. Always service with a smile, honest and fair estimates & pricing. We are customers for life! Keep up the great work team Mills. We will see you again soon this spring to get the ole’ house tented. Well done!!

Drew is the best. I told him our situation and he did his best to inform us of our situation. Unlike most people, he took the extra time to give us the absolutely best deal, going over alternative solutions and telling us the truth. We want him back if we ever need to call Mills Pest Management again!

Several years ago, Mills Pest Management completely eliminated a major rodent problem around our property, which included having rats dig through a space into our kitchen and walls. Thus, when we recently discovered termites in our garage, we called Kevin, the owner of Mills, for help. The next day, the company sent out Drew, who punctually arrived at the designated time and carried out a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, along with termites in the garage, there was evidence of them under the house. Shortly after the inspection, Drew and Kevin soon came out to fully eradicate the problem. I can’t say enough good things about the service provided by Mills Pest Management. Along with competitive and reasonable pricing, Kevin and his company can always be counted on for thoroughly professional work. For anyone dealing with problems concerning termites or rats, I highly recommend a call to Mills Pest Management.

Great service! All the work was done in a thorough manner and the workers went above and beyond. Any time we had questions (alot) the company was patient and quickly gave us answers. Will use again!

UNBELIEVABLE. Every 5 STAR review under MILLS… turns out to be 100% accurate. Didn’t expect the raves would necessarily translate late on a Sunday night… But there I was – with a bit of a 911 and unsure what to do. Called, left word, saying I had a few emergent questions and would be SO grateful to hear back that night so I could figure out the next day… and the Owner KEVIN called within 10 MINUTES – on a Sunday nite. He quickly ascertained what the problem likely was, then arranged to make it over to my place THE NEXT DAY so that we could do the free evaluation. I already know I’m hiring them – no matter WHAT the diagnosis is. It’s clear KEVIN’s expertise runs deep, that he’s honorable, caring, and that I’m in the best hands. Will look forward to updating this review once the work is complete this week. OH… and one more thing: CALL MILLS. You won’t be sorry.
