Our family has used Rid All for our pest needs for years.and Joe has ben wonderful. My daughter recently had ants invading her home and they came the next day and took extra care to rid her home of hundreds of ants. In the past they have taken care of mosquitoes that was a very difficult job . They honored their warranty and watched over the job.I highly recommend this company for your pest needs,,,they are honest,reasonable and professionals. Vic

Rid all is now servicing the Hub apartments. I called every week for 3 weeks to get someone to come take down a nest above my front door. Every time I talked to someone I was told “he will be there on Friday.” Apparently they only come to the hub on fridays. Well after 3 weeks of no one coming I called my leasing office and complained and they eventually sent out maintenance to finally take this nest down. I have a 1 year old I can’t have a nest around for this long !!!!

I called them was told the technician wasn’t in. Two days later I received a phone call. Technician came on time , tld me it would takec3 to 6 months for total extermination. We just recently started seeing them due to my daughter bringing them in our house. They sprayed and said they would be back in one month. The problem kept getting worse. I called the lady answering the phone don’t know anything about anything. Said I would need the tech to call me back. Two days later he calls me back and comes out again and resonates. They are now completely through my house. I call Terminex and they guarantee them to be gone in 2 treatments and told me I should of had to do a bunch of stuff before they could even treat which Risall didn’t even tell me to do. So I paid 200 dollars and now have roaches all through my house. They are scam artist that needs to be shut down.

Contacted AA Rid All about mosquito problems but needed a Green solution. They researched and in short time called to discussed options. We agreed on a plan, set a date, & their representative arrived wearing Covid PPE. Very pleased
