I had a terrible experience with this company. I would never recommend them. I had an infestation which I never had with another company and they did not take care of the issue. I spoke with the representative in connection with the issue and received no satisfactory response and then asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative refused to put me through to the supervisor saying he/she would call back within 48 hours. It is now more than 2 weeks, no return call. In addition, they billed me for a month that I did not have services provided. Stay away from this company!
