Left hand doesn’t talk to the right hand! For the past 3 weeks, they’ve given us the runaround on service, but when their tech doesn’t show up after 2 weeks, they said their tech “walked off the job” and “we profusely apologize.” We get rescheduled and after 2 confirmation calls, they don’t show up again, and now they say they can’t serve our area. What a $hit$how!

Corey has been servicing our house monthly for two years. We have many pack rats and mice that come in from neighboring countryside. Having this service keeps them at a minimum and out of the house! Corey is very friendly and knowledgeable about pests of all kinds. I highly recommend his company!

Corey and Krista were so helpful, resourceful and kind. I have an Airbnb and one of my guests thought I had bed bugs- For obvious reasons, I was beside myself and immediately started calling around to get an inspection. Krista rearranged their schedule so Corey could come to my home as soon as possible. I was told by another company that a dead pill bug was a bedbug and with 100% certainty Corey told me that was not accurate, that I absolutely did not have bedbugs and gave me a thorough inspection and report the same day indicating that. Thank you for your urgency and professionalism with this unfortunate situation. I’m so thankful for your business, honestly and integrity! I wish other company could use the same practice. Please always get a second opinion! Always! Your company saved me well over $ 3300 to remove a dead pill bug. It’s honest company’s like yours that gives me faith again that there are Buisness’s that have integrity and honor. Thank you, DJTH

I can’t say enough good things about Dan. I left a voice mail early in the day and he returned my call promptly. Even though he was booked for months he was willing to spend an extended time on the phone coaching me through some options. Then he was kind enough to stop by on his way to another appointment to point out a few important details. As a single woman this is a task I was dreading. He went above and beyond to help me and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. It is difficult to find such quality service anymore. He’s a local business owner too! Outstanding in every way!!

I’ll start by saying this is the second time I’ve called Barnes QPC to come and take care of yellow jackets. Both times were exceptional. When I called this time, a really nice man named Corey arrived and went straight to work on the yellow jacket nest – it was the size of a volleyball! Then, get this: On his way back and forth to his truck for gear, he pulled our garbage can in from the curb. The fact that he took that extra step to help with something he saw needed doing, was so freaking awesome!! I will definitely call Barnes Quality Pest Control back for any creepy crawlies that decide to move in. Oh, and for those who need this kind of reassurance, he wore a face covering each time we had to interact. Great customer service over the phone, too. The person who answered the phone had a bright and cheerful voice and was super helpful. 🙂

We have used Barnes Quality Pest control for years for our property management company. We really appreciate the work they continue to do for us which includes everything from ants and bees to bats and racoons. What I really like is their follow up and efforts to keep pests from coming back.
