Very unprofessional and extremely rude. I believe it was the son(of the owner), who was so arrogant and just rude. I would never waste my time and money again with this company. Horrible customer service and the techs are poorly trained. Call anybody else.

We’ve used Bayonne Exterminating for years. They’re amazing – truly an old school company that values it’s customers and places a premium on service. They’re friendly, helpful, always on time and affordable. In the seven years we’ve used Bayonne we’ve never had a single complaint. If we have any issues between monthly treatments they’re quick to come address them. Annual price increases are minimal if at all. And they even send cool retro desk calendars to their contract customers every Christmas. Bayonne Exterminating is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with. Kudos to the owners, managers and staff for running a company that makes customers feel valued.
