Bre was so amazing! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even went out of her way to interact with my kids. She educated them on different bugs and even gave them plastic toy bugs that they keep pranking everyone with. So satisfied with the service we received!

We are new to the area and learned about Croach through our neighborhood FB page. I’ve never experienced service like this company provides. Initial consult by Brea was very thorough. We had our first service today. Dylan showed up on time, was professional, and did a great job.

There have been scheduling issues on more than one occasion. If I cancel an appointment they reschedule and don’t bother telling me. I find out they came by when I receive an email saying service has been completed. When I am home and able to interact with the tech he’s in and out in about 5 minutes. If they’re not going to be thorough and honor my requests then there’s no need to have the service. I decided to cancel and a few days later I receive an email stating I owe $400 for cancelling. If you’re not happy with the service being provided you should be able to cancel no questions asked. What bothers me more is that they sneak that fee in rather than being upfront and honest about it from the get go. Aside from the fee I wouldn’t recommend this company because the quality of their work is subpar.

Their phone system needs major work. It took so much time and many phone calls to finally get a person. Then, I got little information or help.. I came away feeling they didn’t care to get my business. I won’t try reaching out again. I can’t recommend them.
