It was not so friendly. We have what our rep came out to “inspect” and tell me they were just ants. Then, they were called “Swarmers.” They have burrowed channels through 7 of my windows, structural damage, damage to my siding. Pests going in and out, termites and pest in my house.. have paid for decades. denied coverage, the rep said. “These are not Termites, they are Swarmers.” Maybe a new guy, or is this how they really conduct business? No help. “Just get some killer and tape up the holes.”

We have used Alexander Pest Control for many. many years and cannot recommend them more highly!! They are meticulous when making and confirming appointments. Our technician, Sherwin, is incredibly friendly, professional and concerned with our well-being. If we ever have an issue – which is VERY rare – Sherwin resolves it quickly and thoroughly. This company is THE BEST.

First time use Alexander, and I found them through Yelp. They were very responsive (booked appointment within same day of calling) and we had the fortune of Jesse helping us terminate our unwelcome fleas and cockroaches (we live in Atlanta). After our two treatments, the fleas are all gone and the cockroaches are nearly gone. In addition to getting the job done, Jesse was very friendly and willing to share some of his knowledge about where these pests come from and how to deal with them. I would recommend and go back to them for any future pest-related issues!
