These folks worked us over pretty bad. We had them treat our house after being told it would be a quarterly treatment for $40 every quarter. They then proceeded to charge our card $40 a month, they didn’t come out to trest so we called them. They then told us that they charge $40 a month not quarterly. Long story short, these folks lied to us and literally stole our money. I’d report them to the Better Business Bureau but they aren’t even accredited. Guess I should have done more homework before dealing with them. I would highly recommend not using them as they are definitely not decent people to deal with. The first treatment didn’t work at all which is why we wanted to cancel then the office manager decided to start telling us about all the charges that were due. Under handed and down right liars. I don’t normally post reviews like this but I feel others should know so they don’t get worked over either.

Our service tech, Ethan, arrived on time, very friendly, as well as professional. He informed me of all insecticides he would be using. We have two dogs and two younger children and he assured me that the chemicals were child and pet friendly. By the time he was leaving, I was already seeing results from the treatment. Thank you Titan Pest Control.

When we signed up for what basically amounts to a paid subscription we were told if we need ANY treatments between quarterly services they’re included at no extra cost however while trying to schedule an interem outdoor service I was told that because my quarterly service was this month I could not receive an additional outdoor treatment. Their technician/proclaimed owner lives 2 doors down and was the last person to do a treatment on the house. Yet it’s impossible to swing a single outdoor treatment (while they’re doing neighborhood treatments IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THE SAME DAY) it’s not only false advertising but it’s also dishonest business practice. We’re going to give them one more chance to change this review to a recommendation but as of this time their future in treating our property and a recommendation for their services is bleak.

Home owner’s beware Look past the sales pitch and dive into the contract, and you will find that this company survives by forced handouts! Mr. Brandon Brown makes his living as an illegitimate business owner who’s lucked his way into settling for handouts after taking advantage of alot of people! Even his employees refer to him as a douche and work on a favoritism basis with minimum pay! The office staff act like debt collecting gangstas after breaking the terms and conditions of their own contract! Avoid this company at all cost! I am out over 5000$ in damages and time, 2 years later im still dealing with a service they did not provide and they still have their hand out!

We have owned several homes over the past 30yrs in TX and OK. We have used just as many pest control companies. Jonathan Moshier is one of the best technicians we have ever had. He was polite and professional. Explained everything and gave us the best services and performance for the price. We will continue to use Titan because of him and his treatment of our house.
