Ar my home office in Laguna Beach, wanted to do some maintenance against any termite risks and Ultimate Termite go the job done wonderfully! Definitely ask whether their Bora-Care foam solution is right for you. Basically, they inject foam into the walls which I found to be effective and non-intrusive to my office. I’m really impressed by how polite and patient they are from the time I set the appointment and made the first inquiry. I learned a lot. The tech was very patient and explaining everything he would do and then everything he was doing as He went through it, then finally Warranty. I don’t really trust warranties, but because of the way real estate is bought and sold couldn’t get done if they couldn’t count on the warranties so I gave them my strongest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
