I have had Cura service both my interior space as well as the exterior twice, beginning May. I think I have one more scheduled spray this month but I will not be continuing with the service. I generally don’t have pest issues inside my home. Some spiders here and there but they don’t bother me. I had some ants back in March, but I was able to take care of the issue myself. No problems after that. In May, my neighbor received service from Cura. The technician mentioned to me that it would be a good idea to have my unit serviced too, since we shared a common wall. Great! Sounds like a good idea. I agreed to a quarterly service and he proceeded to spray the inside and outside of my townhouse. He was very knowledgeable on the process and the products he was using, so I felt confident that I made the right decision. It lasted about a week. Then the first round of ants showed up. I couldn’t tell where they were coming from. Maybe outside? But they just sprayed! Literally just sprayed. I couldn’t believe it. So I grabbed my own pest control spray and took care of the problem. Cura came back in June, I informed the technician what my problem was. He sprayed again, heavily. The ants came right back. Every day, I find them in new places. I have spent more time managing this pest issue in the past 2 months than I have in the past 3 years. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. It doesn’t work and has only resulted in more stress for me.
