Loved the paint job for the basement. Professional, responsive and finished the job on time. Now to move to the flooring for the bathroom too – We are happy with the work and are definitely using your services again for other projects!

Hopefully they do better business than the way they drive through a crowded parking lot. Always nice to see a business owner act like this and flip off someone.

They replaced our shower area tiles many years ago and did a very shoddy job. Regretted calling them and paying them the money. Should’ve called an expert!

Virgilio does INCREDIBLE work. This is true art! If you are looking for a remodel in your home, this is definitely who you want doing the work. The attention to detail is amazing. I would not have anyone else do work in my home after having Modica & Son here! Absolutely amazing.

Virgilio put in a custom cabinet and shelving with lighting and trim work. It’s absolutely beautiful and I’m very pleased. He also mounted my tv over the fireplace and rerouted the wires through the walls. If you have time, look through the photos on his fb and website to see the incredible work he does! He finishes the job well and fixes errors from previous contractors. He is the best! Have him out for a quote!
