They wanted to charge me $150 to give me an estimate! If that $150 was to be applied to total bill, it wasn’t expressed in initial phone conversation.

We had never used Hendricks Handyman Services before. Victor was punctual, pleasant, and professional. He was way overqualified for this job of hanging plants on hooks, hanging a heavy painting, extracting a stripped screw from the wall, and hanging a curtain rod, but his carpentry training allowed him to confidently answer all of my questions. Victor’s return will be requested in the future. Bravo!

I can’t say enough good things about Hendricks Handyman Services. We had an amazing experience working with their technicians. He did an awesome job on my kitchen and several other repairs around the house. They are very knowledgeable and creative. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Mike the Plumber was great. Arrived on time and was honest about what was going on. He helped us fix the problem at the lowest cost to us. He also made the appointment because he knew we were without hot water even though he generally doesn’t work on the day we got scheduled for. I definitely would call Hendricks Handyman Services back for more help if I need it.

DO NOT use this service. We called Hendrick’s Handyman service to repair some cabinets. It was expected they would begin the repair the day they were scheduled. Instead we were charged $99 for an estimate which did not include any details or breakdown of costs. When I asked for a more detailed estimate, it was never sent. Calling customer service, I was assured that a supervisor would look into it and return my call. They gave me the runaround.

DO NOT WORK WITH FOR ANY REASON!! worked with this company twice. Once in 2020 they were punctual, professional, curious and fairly priced. That completely changed when I tried to hire them for a project this year 2021 it was a sadly different story. The first time I hired them. The project was done same day and for under $500. This bid took 2 days to get to me. And this time I was being asking to pay $1800 for the exact same service as a year ago. I understand building materials have gone up. But $1800.00 for an interior door replacement is not only ludacris and down right insulting.

Asked if they would do work and said they have to come out, but that cost $100 which it was small electrical and plumbing, would not answer the question so not great guest service. They should have been able to answer the question if they do this type of work.

The servicemen from this place did a great job and left everything very neat and clean. They repainted our entire rooms and it looks beautiful. Would definitely hire them again if we need any work done.

Speed of response was very impressive. Cost was extremely competitive for both labor and top rated product. Replacement of my water heater took no time at all. They left no mess. Friendly, informative, caring guys who worked hard, fast and efficiently. They moved to the top of my call list for every service they provide.. Highly recommend Hendricks Handyman Services.
