This company let go of a man(fired). A very hard working man that was always early to work and didn’t miss days only for this situation. He informed the owner he had to travel for a funeral of a immediate family member.He also told them he didnt know what day he would be back due to the situation. Left on a Thursday came back on a Monday night.when he got back they texted him didn’t call informing him he was let go he wasn’t a good fit for the company. Zero compassion for someone else’s loss of life. Shame on you.

They cleaned and stained my deck. Not only was their pricing much more reasonable then other estimates I received, the team showed up on time, completed the work, and my deck looks brand new. Update: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 A follow up visit was scheduled to repair damage from the first visit in January. The Owner of Woof, Wayne, assured me he had all the materials he needed to complete the repair. He did not bring a tarp for painting / paper towels / vacuum for dust from sanding / finish nails / good attitude … maintenance had the paint. ********************************************** Sunday, January 28th, 2024 It is refreshing that Wayne, the Owner of Woof Handyman, did reach out and this experience is not their normal mode of operating. I appreciate resolution and I am more than confident to reevaluate my review and wish their business all the best 🙂 ****************************************** Let’s start with January 15th and just a “bad hair day” for the Woof employee yet a very professional person … had a bucket of tools! The Owner came to follow-up on January 19th and even refunded the cost of my first appointment…very magnanimous… However, these were the only 2 people in my apartment that week as I am new to the area. I am fond of writing and have used the same 2 lead pencils for 2 years and 3 states…1 pencil is gone and I asked the Owner and I also asked him to ask his employee if it got mixed up in the bucket … I am used to builders/painters/plumbers and it just happens sometimes … I must wonder why he answered for himself and refuses to ask his employee…why the digging the feet in the sand … i explained there is no harm and no blame just would like to eliminate the possibility and hope to relocate my pencil … guess I have to continue with St. Anthony as I must have hit a hot button … The End So Far …
