I had The Handy Bros install a tankless hot water heater. They were prompt, fast & neat. Reasonably priced & dependable. On the way out Shakile noticed my front door handle was just about falling off. He offered to come back & replace the handles for FREE! Apparently he had some extra handles. Sure enough-a 1/2 hour later, he was back & installed both inside & out handles. A perfect match to my lock system. These guys are so nice. Do yourself a favor & avoid “handyman headaches” Call The Handy Bros. Tell them Hezekiah Carroll sent you!

Con artists! Trust your gut. I should have. 35 mins late with no head’s up for the first appointment…yet Shak and his brother Jade seemed very kind and helpful in the few days we employed them but it turns out they are beyond unprofessional and Shak is a liar…even his brother was embarrassed. As a business owner I can quickly sense when something is amiss and Shak ended up backpedaling about pricing we had verbally agreed to. As time was of the essence, we paid what he requested and tipped them and even brought them Starbucks while they were working. Handled removal of two TV brackets and their installation and fixed drywall yet he decided they needed to come back the next day to complete the job and then invented a “transportation fee” to drive 1.8 miles to our new home. Gauged us on pressure cleaning pricing and their vendor broke our faucet yet luckily fixed it same day after we waited around for them to do so. Today we were booked for 11am to finish a job and they were no-shows. Texted at 11:15am and Shak replied he just woke up and “can’t make it today.” He hasn’t followed up since. No offer to reschedule…nothing. Very unprofessional and just bizarre. Not licensed or bonded. Look elsewhere for reliable service. We are disputing charges with AMEX for the job that wasn’t completed.

Shak and his brother provided their service for a few projects I had around my new home. They did a great job, provided excellent customer service, and the price was reasonable. They were always punctual and always friendly, and I will definitely be using their services again…

After I had a remediation company cam in to take care of some mold that was behind drywall in several spots, they called Handy Bros to replace the drywall and crown molding that had to be removed. The even brought in tools and sprayers to let them contour the drywall surface and match the color. The did a wonderful job, being quick and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your handyman needs around the house.

AMAZING I needed two of my storm door hinges reattached because they had pulled loose. I also wanted my storm door closers replaced. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30 am and these two amazing brothers had everything completed in 30 minutes. They are professional , knowledgeable, polite and extremely organized. I am so happy to have them as a resource. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Handy Brothers.

Shak came and helped fix 2 doors. He was able to squeeze me in next day and even noticed some other things that needed some TLC. After consulting with me I gave him the green light to fix some other issues. Not only was he here on time but he also was very thorough and made sure he explained what he was doing. Always checked to make sure I was satisfied and you can tell he stands by his work. This is a hard working group, who takes pride in what they do. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you need any handyman work done around the house. Will be using him going forward.
