We hired Phillip to replace a few tiles in our house. He requested $100 for materials. He then said he would be there the next morning so my husband took off work. At 10 he said he was stuck at another job. We totally understood and continued to wait. We then heard back around 1 and were told by Phill he would be there in 30 minutes. He never showed. Then around 3, his wife texted that he was not coming and he would be there the next day. He never showed up at all today. He also blocked our number and has not returned any texts or calls. Hopefully he will do the right thing and refund our money. It has been several weeks, and not only did Phil never show up, he never refunded us our $100. His wife also refused to allow me to request money from her on Cash App. I now will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reporting the company to the county.
