JEM Home Repair is amazing. They are fair and honest and very dependable. Their work is solid and if something is beyond their scope they let you know. This past week we had a huge leak in our drainpipe under our bathtub. Erica and Mike came out right when we called (on a holiday weekend) assessed the problem, and even coordinated a plumber for us (at my request because we are out of town) and met the plumber at our property. The repair happened same day and our house was left in perfect condition.

Erica and her husband answered our call right away, set up a time (and followed through), gave us quotes and explained the problem and cost. Repairs were made, as quoted, in a timely manner. Erica is great at communicating everything! We will 100% be using them for our handyman needs.

This team responds quickly. Gets the work done in a timely manner. Their work is very good. They communicate with the client. They have fair and reasonable prices. I am so fortunate I was able to have a friend introduce me to Michael and Erica. I will be using Jem home repair and lawn care in the future again. JEM Home Repair LLC has now completed another phase of work for me on my 1930’s home. I am very pleased with the completed project on this phase. Repairs to the fascia, soffit, some other areas needing repair, and changing of the front posts under the porch to a my idea of how I want the house to look. Efficient, and communication was excellent. Then the painting began. I am very happy with the finished project. The contractors and the crew never wavered and got this house painted in 2 days. (1662 sq feet ). I will be using JEM for more future projects inside, as they have already completed some inside and I am very happy it. I feel they are very trustworthy and fair in pricing and they don’t waste time. Quite organized! Thank you JEM! I am looking forward to future projects!
