my name is miranda I called this company several times to repair my door and I was always answered by phone by Mr. RAM, I sent him a video of the door by text message and he sent me the estimate by text message. Once I had the budget I called RAM again on a Friday to schedule an appointment, he replied that THEY are going to contact me on Sunday and that they were going to inform me of the price, therefore the estimate that he sent me by text message was no longer that. they change that , i think that its not correct. I waited all Sunday and did not receive a single call from this companies. . The following week I call RAM again and he tells me that he doesn’t know why they didn’t contact me on Sunday and that at that moment they had a full schedule and that they were going to contact me, to which I ask him when would that be within 1 DAY, 10 days, 1 MONTH, to which RAM replies that he does not know a specific day and i just have to wait to be called by them IN SUMMARY: IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME , CONTACT THIS COMPANY, THEY PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER’S TIME, THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND THEN DO ANOTHER. IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. I DON’T KNOW HOW IT HAS SO MANY POSITIVE RATINGS. SO IN MY CASE THEY BEHAVED VERY BADLY
