Not worth a star. Incredibly rude. I had to prod to find out if this was the correct number, then started to explain my needs, the man that answered interrupted and said “You need to call someone else” and hung up. I was talking about gutters, people. Don’t waste your time calling these folks.

Called to have him come out and do some repairs and when I asked him if he had time in the afternoon as opposed to the morning after ten minutes of explaining repairs I needed, he said “Nope, just cancel this then” and literally hung up on me. Super glad I looked at reviews after this bizarre phone call because he looks horrible and I would have cancelled after reading these anyways. Thanks for 0 care for your business.

Called to ask for an estimate for some gutter repairs. Without even asking what types of repairs were needed, he said “I don’t estimate those. They’re just too small of a job.” This, despite their website claiming that “No job is too big or too small,” and listing gutter repairs as one of their available services.

They no showed on me. I called and they were very apologetic and rescheduled for the next morning. They no showed again. Save your time and find someone else.

The owner agreed to replace the motor of a burned out bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. When he inspected the broken fan I heard bathtub water running; didn’t understand the reason. He agreed to return after the new motor arrived. He only returned when we called and insisted. He came, worked, said he replaced the motor, accepted our payment and left. Within a month the fan stopped working. Another contractor told us the old motor had been cleaned and put back, there was no new fan installed. The owner of Willamette Valley blamed us for the problem, stopped communicating, and refused to refund our money until the Lane County Contractor’s Board threatened to remove his license. Then he mailed a check to refund our total payment.

overstated time (charged me 2 persons, 2 hrs each just to go to Jerrys) , and purchased tools as supplies without asking – the tools then became mine, but were either unwanted, or duplicates of what I could have provided. On the positive side, they were pleasant and cooperative. next time, I’ll go w/ a real company.

I worked for this guy Charles for a couple days he posted a add in CL I call them like 10 times about the job until finally got an answer he was short and rude on the phone but any way I needed a job we meet at Mc Donald’s and he barely let me talk ten mins later he is like we gotta go hurry up , come on hurry up. Another guy starts yelling” pay me my money you should not be like this with your employees I deserve respect ” And I am like what the heck 30 mins later after discussing he pays the guy and look at me on the eye seeing be careful he is cracy …..Well he was not wrong he had some issues or something passive agressive sindrome or something he smoked in his van like a train and did not let me roll down the window saying that his sig would burn to fast stay away from this guy he is not a professional as he claims we were late in every single job uses really cheap materials and mostly rude and short with costumers and employees.

WORST experience!!!! To sum things up…We paid $250. to have a $150. high pressure hose STOLEN, every gutter clogged/packed with moss (that were not prior), ignored calls/ emails and then finally…denied it all! This after canceling the 1st appt 5 min prior to scheduled time. THANKFULLY we have proof on cameras and pics to further deal with the issues! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Don’t bother with this guy. Called him on a Thursday morning, to see if he was available to come bid on a small deck roof. He said he would come out the next morning, at 930am. 1030 rolls around, and he still hasnt showed. We have stuff to do! So, I finally get a hold of him and his response is that “he forgot, can he come between 12 and 2.” At 1 he called back and asked if he could come between 4 and 6, and he never showed up, or called. Our whole day we wasted, waiting around for this guy. Don’t waste your time, too.
