Josh does incredible work, is very reliable and kind. Josh finished our 1200 sqft basement – including a bedroom and bathroom. He was always very responsive and kept us informed of where we were in the process, from before he started to completion. The attention to detail has created an amazing additional living space for us that we are very excited to use. We provided Josh a rough plan of how we wanted to use the space and he brought it to life perfectly at a very fair price. I cannot recommend Lost Nation Co. Handyman enough and will be working with him again when needed.

Josh did an excellent job building a new exterior staircase, and siding repair. He showed up when he said he would, gave me a fair price, and kept my property clean. Will definitely be using Lost Nation for future projects.

Josh has completed 3 projects for me in 2023. The first was an entire home interior renovation for a 2 story 1800 sq. ft. Properry in Addison, VT. The second was and exterior remodel for my Essex, VT residence. The third, a Professional Office fit up in Essex. In all phases of these projects Josh demonstrated Professionalism, Accurate Bids, Clear Communication and was very deadline Oriented. Full disclosure, I found these qualities quite refreshing as I dealt with multiple tradesman in 2023. Josh out performed each and every time. A bigger bonus was his honesty regarding his scope of services. If something required a permit, licensed plumber or electrician he has a network of licensed tradesman to draw from. I found them all to be very trustworthy and professional as well. I look forward to future projects with Josh.

Josh added a deck to my backyard covering over a small concrete patio slab. He worked with me on the design as I had some ideas about a pattern for the decking. We significantly increased the space where I can sit out and enjoy the perennial gardens and woods. I couldn’t be happier with the work! I am impressed with how Josh worked with my vision to bring it to life with reasonable costs.

Josh has saved me in a pinch in more times than I’d like to admit. Not only is he responsive but he is SO quick to help or recommend someone else to help in a pinch. I have used him for home repairs, hanging commerical fixtures, helping me while locked out of my commercial building, frozen pipes, etc. Honestly if you name it he has probably done it! He is reliable, honest, friendly and timely. 10/10 recommend him!

Josh replaced carpet in our sunroom with luxury vinyl plank flooring and we‘re super happy with the result. The day Josh came to work on our room, he realized we had an uneven surface so he fixed the issue by laying concrete and then built us a custom transition between rooms to accommodate the new leveling. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The best part for me was how responsive Josh was. He always replied to my emails/texts in a very timely manner and answered the many questions I had. We will definitely utilize Josh’s services for future projects!

Josh has worked on several projects in my home including renovating the entirety of our three season porch, which was in rough shape! Now, it’s the favorite part of my house! I have been very pleased with the work every time. Josh is responsive, professional, quick to get jobs done, communicative throughout the entire process, and has very reasonable rates.
