Dale is a great handyman I’ve used for years on the rental houses I own in Escanaba. He is honest, prompt and does high quality work. I live out of town and Dale always sends me pictures of each stage of the project so I can see what’s being done. A good home project contractor is hard to find and hard to get them to show up, so I am grateful to have him serve our area. Dale is diligent and motivated to please his customers. He deserves your business!!

Not a reliable business, he understood the scope of the job and sent a disabled elderly man. Then when he said he couldn’t do the job, I text an asked if he had a younger man. His response; ” Who is this?’ How rude!!

Dale, Charlie, Bill, and the rest of his team did an outstanding job renovating a bathroom, a new floor, and numerous other issues that always come up with older houses like our parent’s house in Esky. He was extremely responsive and kept me updated as I live in Virginia. I will definitely use him for future work and highly recommend McRaes Pawl Sundstrom

Our couch leg went through the floor, leaving us with a hole in our living room. We had no idea the wood beneath had been rotting, and I was worried we’d have to wait a while to have it fixed. I reached out to McRae’s and they were able to help us out in a pinch. They were very efficient and did a great job. They replaced the rotting wood and made sure there weren’t any further issues and our floor looks good as new! Would definitely recommend them.

It is always a challenge to do repairs or upgrades on an older home because nothing is straight! Dale and his crew replaced my back door & replaced a roof that has been leaking due to ice dams. The quality of their work is top-notch and they took their time to solve the old house issues that made the job a challenge. The guys did a great job of cleaning up the job site and were a pleasure to work with. They will be my go to for any future projects! I highly recommend them. Thanks Dale & crew!
