Last year’s snow totals did a number on my carport- causing it to almost collapse on itself. I talked to many different handymen and construction groups and no one could tackle it, except for Durango Handman! They came up with a couple different options for me at different prices points and they finished the job the other day and I am pretty blown away that it is the same carport! The team was great and really took their time (in a good way) to get the job done right. From now on they will be my first call when I have a big project. (extra thanks to Lindsey in the office for coordinating everything)

I called on Friday and they sent Richard on Monday. He assessed the situation with the roof leak, spent extra time working to find the source, and then returned early Tuesday. He spent most of the day working and not even taking a break. He kept me fully informed as he went along describing what he found and how he planned to fix it. He made maximum use of the materials I had on hand working to save me extra expense. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional, and eager to be sure I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend Durango Handyman and Richard and would use them again.

We are so pleased with Gabe at Durango Handyman!! He is so professional and our roof repair was done quickly, meticulously and cost less than we anticipated. He will be out “go to” guy forever!

Contacted this company multiple times before I talked to a representative, once I finally did they were not very helpful at all. The owner finally reached out to me and got the details of the very simple jobs I needed done which was seemingly no problem for him to fix. I was wrong because even after assurance that his company would be here in the following two weeks I never heard from him again and here we are three months later so no I would not use this unprofessional business there are a handful of better handymen in the area

We needed help moving heavy furniture down stairs and into our moving truck. The two guys from Durango Handyman who worked on our job were prompt, personable, and thorough. We have moved multiple times over the years and these guys did the best job of packing the truck that we’ve ever seen. We had far less furniture damage – nothing broken, only a few scratches and scuffs – than in any other move. We highly recommend DGO Handyman!

Quality work and professionalism. Gabe and his entire crew are fantastic to work with. I wanted a set of stairs built from our 2nd floor balcony to the outside. They stairs were better than I could have even imagined. They pay attention to every details. That’s not something you see these days.

Had these guys do a repair on my roof: dormers were leaking. Took forever for them to return calls and show up, plus when the work was done, it was shoddy, at best. The trim that they replaced looks like woodpeckers had gotten ahold of it AND we were charged $3000 for work that looks like a sad, bad home DYI job. Disappointed, to say the least, especially reading their 5 star ratings. Never again.

I could not be happier with the work of Gabe, the owner, and his crew. They fixed several things and the workers were both professional and highly skilled. All 3 of his employees, fixing different things around a flood, were the best I have run across in town–in 30 years. I would highly recommend this business. Gabe, the owner, goes above and beyond the call of duty to get it right for the customer. They were so easy to work with and I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was.
