I have been scared to use a contractor in the past as there are so many horror stories. Jordan Frane of Bayfield Builders was recommended to us by friends of friends to perform some remodel work for our newly purchased 3 year old house. We needed the entire house painted indoors, a wall extension built, a kitchen island removed, cement floors repaired, some doors added to closets, electrical work, Kitchen backsplashes removed and new ones installed, and a complex set of floating cabinets and shelves built. All of this work was performed with quality materials and excellent workmanship. Jordan had a wonderful idea for floating the walnut shelves so that they would bear heavy weights, and his idea of lighting strips made this the feature wall in our house. Best of all, most of this work was completed in a very short time frame before we moved in. Jordan and his crew were completely trustworthy, and always on time. They were a complete joy to work with. We highly recommend Jordan and his crew for any sort of building project or remodel. Jordan will remain on my speed dial for any future work that I can imagine to get done.

Bayfield Builders was contracted to perform some of the carpentry and trim work in my newly built custom home in Falls Creek Ranch in 2018. After living in the house for a couple of weeks, I realized how bad of a job they did. When I contacted Jordan at Bayfield Builders, he advised me that the general contractor had signed off on the work and Jordan refused to come out to review the sub-standard work. Jordan allowed our trim to sit out in the rain for several weeks and proceeded to install water damaged trim throughout our house. Much of the trim work was installed poorly and a closet he built was terrible and had to be completely re-framed. Also, they did an amateur job of installing our cabinets. Bottom line is that Jordan and Bayfield Builders did garbage work in my house and refused to make things right. Have a look at the photos attached and you be the judge.
