My experience was mixed. The communication with the office and with the handyman was excellent. Chris came on time and with advanced notice. Kinetra was great in setting up the appointment and communicating with me. Some issues were totally resolved. Others were not. One was initially not completed properly and i had to point out that it still was not fixed. After that the handyman stayed longer and fixed the problem. But i had to repeatedly point it out. The undersink disposal was fixed without replacing it. That seemed good. A light switch was placed but i was not consulted about the color of the plate or adding a dimmer. When i asked about a dimmer i was told placing it was more likely to make it fail. That was reasonable. But all should have been discussed first. A wall was power washed. But it was incomplete. I will try to attach photo. It needs more work A closet door was fixed well Another issue was that the handyman seemed go need to consult with his manager. The manager came out eventually. This leads to downtime and one is paying per hour. Ultimately chris stayed later to re fix the issue that was not fixed so the price seemed to come out fair. Perhaps a quick visit to understand the issues would make that better. Overall i felt chris was committed to the process but the wall washing was certainly not complete

Incredible service. I interacted with Kenitra and Jason and Abel and each of them brought their own level of care and love to the experience. Kenitra followed up on the appointment multiple times before the appointment and after. Abel explained the requirements of the job, and even though it was difficult, he was determined to provide a solution. Jason was honest about the process and committed that the team would do what it took. Alas, Abel figured out the issue, solved it, and was delighted while doing it. And the prices were fair and affordable. Can’t say enough about this team. 5 star establishment and experience.

Abel was very kind. He was punctual for the job. He went right to work and did a great job installing the room air conditioner in an upstairs window. I would definitely recommend him for your next project.

Chris Barnes is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided an accurate assessment of the problem and explained, in detail, what materials were needed to complete repair. The job was finished to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend using the services of ACE Handyman.
