Bad website I placed an order and was waiting a few weeks, after emailing them, they replied that they had to cancel the order because there was a price mistake. So why didn’t they let me know atleast. I won’t be ordering here anymore.

JMAC website delivery date and actual delivery dates were not even close. The blame the manufacturer where they buy direct from. I paid for expediated shipping however its from the date the manufacturer ships I am waiting 3 weeks for door contacts, never again

Very disappointing service from JMAC. We ordered three locks totaling over $350 nearly one month ago. The shipping was supposed to be within 7-10 days. I have gotten no response to emails and no response to calls. The locks were needed asap and it’s been nearly a whole month with still no updates.

WOW! Super rude on the phone, I called to get a quote for a box of keys for a customer of mine and he wouldn’t get me a price unless I was going to for sure buy the product. So…. I need to get a price to my customer to find out if they want to buy it? How is this possible to not get a price before buying?? Then proceeded to make me feel like the idiot, telling me I don’t understand what he’s saying. I will never order from this company, can’t believe they would have such poor customer service and be in business.

EDIT: I deleted my lil rant here not to be an ahole to our call center friend. Just got a call from them and they politely explained the situation. I appreciate that. To the MANAGEMENT, please fix your website and add a in-stock / out-of-stock option. You’ll save yourself and your customers a ton. And for the sake of your own business put a big notification at the checkout explaining the minimum $250 order requirement for international order. And lastly, suggest your clients alternatives

Horrible customer service. Bought Comelit 7000W from this vendor through Amazon (which showed cell phone image, indication that product is remotely operated. It turned out it is not) they refused to take return. Poorest customer service I ever experienced! I would give 0 Star if I can.

Order elsewhere please. The customer service is nill. I ordered a few items and they said 7 to 11 business days. I Never got a shipping confirmation after 11 days so i called and they said 3 weeks. Are you kidding? Nobody e-mails or calls to tell you? I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them because others complained about the same thing. I did find them elsewhere because i was sick of waiting for a tracking number which they still did not have for me after 16 days. I noticed people saying they had good prices but I found the same product after i had no choice but to order elsewhere for half the price. Please shop around! Also they charged my credit card before I got the product which is not how it works. I cancelled so we will see how long it takes before i get my credit. I will never order from them again.

Bad: E-mailed and received no response. Followed up with a phone call to be sure I wouldn’t receive old stock. They assured me it would be new stock but the units I received were manufactured over a year ago – 33% into the manufacturer warranty and about 15% into the useful life. I don’t consider this new stock and is the reason for 2 stars. Good: Price was competitive and product shipped quickly.
