Great customer support. I own a small business in Freeport and had CRC Security installed a 16 camera high definition system. I was extremely pleased with the installation. I was even more impressed with the follow up technical support and assistance that they give. The system was installed in beginning of the summer and every time I have a question they are there to help. I previously had a system installed from by another company that had nothing but problems. CRC installed their system and now I have seemless access from my smart phone from anywhere. I am able to see and hear what is going on at my business from anywhere. I love it. (my employees not so much!). Their prices are competitive and they use top-of-the-line equipment.

Very professional. The owner Chris came to my house for an estimate. My wife and I decided on 8 cameras to cover the inside and outside of our property. Once we confirmed the order, they had the installation team out my house the next day. The installation was very clean, no exposed wires anywhere! Once completed the lead installer setup the cameras on my Phone and Tablets, then trained us on how to use the system. We are not tech savvy people but the system is very easy to use. We chose their Hi-Definition Color night vision cameras. Amazing quality day and night! Its been about a year since they installed the system and its been working great. Highly recommended!!

Very disappointing experience. Stopped by there today to purchase a few video surveillance cameras. I was basically told by the gentleman behind the counter that he couldn’t help me. Apparently his boss has to be there in order to make a purchase. Leave your telephone number and he’ll call you back! Now unless I’m mistaken, this is a video surveillance camera store, hence the name Affordable Video Surveillance and CCTV Solutions! My question is…….. Why is this store open on a Saturday if the person behind the counter can’t make a sale? Why did I drive the 20 Miles there, only to find I’ve gotten turned away with only the promise of a phone call? I honestly can’t stand places like this, businesses that are open but can’t do business because the owner/ boss/ salesmen/ person in charge isn’t here. Very odd practice indeed!

Great Prices, Great Service. They nstalled an 8 Camera Video surveillance system in my house. Their prices were very competitive and they were very professional. It was a very clean installation.
