Only in my first month but couldn’t be happier… I dont want to mention names but my previous security rhymed with triple BAY sucked… in walks Ramsen .. tall dark and handsome..lol….he was great… explained everything in detail ..didn’t push… let us decide… followed up multiple times… took the time to bring me out an ADT sign that I hadn’t recieved…10/10 would recommend…

Wanted to share my experience with ADT. Ramsin the Sales Leader stopped by my home and explained that he had a new home buyers’ program offer that he wanted to share with me. I had already been researching other security systems with other companies and was very well prepared. After listening to his offer, I bought in hands down. Ramsin’s personality and great professionalism was amazing. He scheduled me for an installation the very next day. The next day Damon the Installation Tech showed on time and ready to do the install. Damon was very nice and very informative each step of the install. He explained the process on how to arm and disarm the system. I am very satisfied with ADT! Keep up the great Customer focus. ADT salesman’s Jose was helpful in getting me a good package deal, similar to a different security company that I was gonna go with. Thol, the installer arrived on time. He was ok, nothing special, and didn’t go above or beyond his duties. He installed, made sure there was no errors, cleaned up and left. I didnt want the camera wire ran through my bedroom and stapled against the wall, but he did it anyway, because I felt like he didn’t want to go through more work through the crawl space like the supervisor and I had agreed to. The outdoor cameras have 2 wires just hanging out around the camera, no clean install in my opinion. Maria, from the office was good in communication and helping me with a sensor issue. Overall good customer service, but installers could be a little more understanding of my wants. Update 3/18/24. Customer service is sometimes worth more than anyone can pay for. When it comes to customer service, this company goes above and beyond to make sure i was 100% satisfied. The office manager and installer supervisor were in constant communication to ensure the installation was done to my satisfaction. Thol came back out, and fixed everything did not leave until we were sure everything worked fine and I was satisfied.

Danny Cappello was fantastic! He stopped by last week and we called back a few days later. The system was installed the next day, what great service!
