I have worked with some security guard companies in Houston TX & amongst all, Green City security remains the best, they are very professional & they treat their staff so well, great in scheduling & communications..definitely a place one can grow, I’m proud to be a member of this team!!

The company is not a great company to work for. Ms. Demila is very rude to her employees and disrespectful. I am currently having pay issues with my check and funds not being in the account. This is very unprofessional. However, they want to show up on time to site with no pay. Just be ready for the decrepancy with the pay. Would not recommend the company to anyone. Also, be prepared to be harassed on the job. I recently , have had unusual check ins from the supivisor Brovo. In addition they want the DAR reports to be long and false when there is no activity going on on the property. Not a great companoy at ALL!!!! I hope the harassment stops. As long as your are protrolling and scanning and completing a DAR report their should be no problems . Well… not with this company. Based off my review the has retaliated. Not a great company.

I work here. Straight off the bat, gave me 40 hours a week schedule and did not take few months or so to give me a schedule like some security companies do. Gave me sites to work at close to my residence. I just wish direct deposit was an option.
