a week agoTowed my daughter’s car after the car was safe listed. My daughter’s phone registered the call at 2:13 a.m.- 2:16 a.m. They towed the car at 2:20 a.m. I called Patrol Masters this morning and was told the safelist was applied at 2:19 and the car was towed at 2:20. I replied that the tow was in error and the car was safe listed and should have been released from the truck. Tommy, the guy answering the phone who identified himself as a supervisor, told me I had to wait to speak with a manager. The manager, Peter, has yet to call me and it’s 1:30 p.m. My daughter sat on hold with them for 45 minutes. When Peter finally came onto the phone, he refused to listen to her. I requested all phone records related to this matter since they ‘record all phone calls’ but have received nothing. These guys are useless, except for making a buck on towing vehicles. The young lady who was the shift manager when the tow happened said the tow was an error and they needed to get my daughter’s car back to her. So far, nothing. I have contacted my property management company and they are checking into it. Last time there was a situation like this, they did nothing. Hopefully, the new rep will be able to help. Otherwise, theft of a vehicle by your security company is legal, especially if they’re Patrol Masters.

3 weeks agoSecurity guard shines his flashlight into my bedroom window that i share with my little sister frequently. I was up late and notice light shining through my window so i look outside and the guards light is shining directly at me. This has happened on multiple occasions. Super creeped out by it.

a month agoThey get money when they tow your vehicle, they don’t protect anything they just stand there & watch stuff happen, & they will tow your car As soon as they get the chance because they get money for it, very rude customer service, the security Garuds just sit on their phone & don’t do anything as well & are very rude to kids, NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY OR FRIENDLY AT ALL THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

2 months agoWorst ever company. They are not helping us, but they are giving us a hard time. I am an owner and just recently traded my car. Now, I have applied for a new permit, and they say you are not eligible for a permit and ignore me. They lie to me, and they say your prpperty management asked us to deny your application. When you call them the representative is very rude.

3 months agoThey collect on large contracts with HOAs, but also split towing revenues with the towing companies, mostly at the expense of residents and their families and guests. There’s no incentive to provide timely service, security, or even a functioning safe list – many of the negative reviews come from folks who should not have been towed after registering their plates, but they’re towed anyway. It would be interesting to see their books and how much of their revenue is from towing. They don’t pay very well, and it’s a competitive market for security companies, but it also seems like there are tons of negative externalities for residents and the company doesn’t provide much value. I’m not sure why HOA boards willingly vote to contract with Patrol Masters.
