Eric and Kim are the Best!!! Eric helped me trouble shoot my alarm system via the phone and got it back working again without coming to my house. I have used Dempsey and Eric for many years. They were first recommended by a close friend and used them ever since. I actually back in NY I was a police officer and helped out installing basic alarms. When we moved to CA I installed my system. Many of the higher tech things you need someone that really knows what they are doing. Especially troubleshooting. I asked Eric for help. He went out of his way to do the right thing. Most companies will not even talk to you if you installed your own. Eric never rips you off and really knows what he is doing. My system is now almost 30 years old and parts are hard to get. I found used keypads on Ebay to replace two that went bad. I called Eric and he said I will be there tomorrow. He showed up on time replaced both key pads and only charge for a service call. If you want someone that is smart and honest call Dempsey. He has high quality state of the art equipment but willing to help an old guy keeping his system working. I wish I could give 10 stars they are that good Walter

I was more than satisfied with the work done by Eric Dempsey, professional, courteous and high quality work. He gives all the options to provide the security system we would need and installed it in a timely manner. The best part of Eric and his team including his secretary Kim is the response time when there is an issue. They call back immediately and take special care to address the issue in a timely manner. I had an issue with one of the sensor in a window not working properly, he guided me to purchase the sensor and helped me in programming the alarm system over the phone, all for no charge. I am a happy customer!

From the very first call to the office manager through our initial estimate and one day completion of ENTIRE system, we could not have been more impressed with the quality of Dempsey Alarms. Eric Dempsey and his crew of three completed their work in a professional, timely, neat and very clean process. They use only current and high quality equipment and materials for installation. We, too, had another alarm company for many years and became fed up with the poor service, false alarms and out of country customer support. Dempsey has resolved all of these issues. Eric Dempsey and team have been absolutely fabulous. They are very responsive, I am able to communicate via text message with the owner versus waiting on hold for hours with the big alarm companies. They did a seamless install and were quick to respond when we had a small hiccup in the setup of the system. Seriously, you would have to be a glutton for punishment to go with the big national companies. I am so incredibly pleased with Dempsey Alarms and would recommend them to anyone.

A good friend of mine referred me to this great Alarm company with outstanding customer service. Eric Dempsey came out promptly to give me an estimate to improve my alarm system when my previous alarm company took forever to respond to my questions about doing an upgrade. He gave me several options and provided estimates and advice. His technicians came out and did a professional installation. They were respectful and knowledgeable, and we’ve been pleased with our new system. I’ve also called to have additional equipment installed, in addition to having some of our old sensors (from our old alarm company) replaced. Their response has been amazingly fast, and their prices for doing the work have been reasonable. I have already referred Dempsey Alarms to several friends. Highly recommended!

Quality customer service and efficiency, they know what they are doing!!! Would recommend 10/10
