Been here for 3 months and I’ll say John White and his team are solid, good hearted, professionals. The training is top tier and if you’ve got the integrity and fortitude to work a tough shift every now and then you’ll do great here.

Since my employment the I’ve had nothing but a positive and supportive attitude from the staff and leadership as a whole . A rare and valuable asset in the workplace climate these days ! I’ve been in law enforcement on different levels and have experienced that most organizations are to big to facilitate a successful relationship with their employees ; not the case here. P&G has the best atmosphere for their employees and clients to work together and share information to maintain a positive environment. Kudos.

very professional organization. They offer many ways to help their employees with their concerns, issues, questions, and schedules. The pay is very good compared to other companies. Even for retired DAC state employees. It’s a great job to have!

Very happy with P&G. As far as jobs go, they are better than most. I’ve worked a few state and federal jobs, this is by far, if you can believe it, one company that at least seems to care about their employees. There is a lot of things that they are doing for us or at least trying to to for us, and even though we can’t get everything we want, I know that they are doing the very best they can do. Couple of bad reviews on here, but what everyone needs to know is that most other places of employment don’t come close to the level of effort that P&G gives. They are willing to hear what the lowest level of employees have to say and strive to give us the attention that is needed to accomplish what we are asking for, or tell us why at the moment that it is not possible. All things in life aren’t guaranteed, but they listen to us and strive to make the work that we all do better every day.

Been working for this company just shy of a year now in Western NC. This company has treated me very well thus far. Armed security contracts are difficult to find in this neck of the woods; yet this employer pays above state average for Armed Guards, and significantly above average for Sergeants. (First Line Supervisors) A full insurance benefit package is offered, as well as a matching 401k……. plus free uniforms, equipment, and training. Overtime is currently plentiful and voluntary. Work sites are located across the entire state, and anyone interested is encouraged to apply. (Clean driving and criminal record is required, so is drug testing and firearms qualification.)
