I’ve been working at CalTrans HQ for almost 5 years now. The supervisor, Junior, is ALWAYS sleeping! Ask anyone who works there. Literally every time you walk past security, there he is sleeping. We’re supposed to feel safe with this guy in charge? Why Platinum would employ a guy like this is beyond me!

The 5 stars is for Steve Aguilar, the security for the 1727 Caltrans office. It’s a joy to see a happy person welcoming you in and very helpful too. Genuinely a nice person and good worker from my perspective. We need more Steve’s in the customer services industry. Good job steve!

Steve Aguilar at Platinum Security is a professional! His job may be about keeping us safe at 1727 30th Street (Caltrans), but he does so much more. He’s the guy you can have a friendly chat with, and he’s always ready to lend a hand. He makes our place not just secure, but also welcoming. Thank you for what you do Steve!!

If ever I have known a security guard who goes above and beyond his required duties, it is Steven Aguilar who works at the Farmers Market III building on 30th Street. A very friendly and helpful young man. He is probably the most proactive security guard I have ever seen. Five stars for Steve!
