Horrible company and for a company open 24/7 no one ever answers the phones. Empire security is a scam and they make up rules as they go along. This is the second time as a resident of my complex that I’ve had my car towed with no written warning just wake up to my car gone. I shouldn’t have to pay tow fees for parking in my own community!

The guy who answered the phone was so rude. He said they weren’t hiring. Security companies always hire because people get fired. This guy should have been trained on how to talk with better customer service, he then hung up on me after he said they weren’t hiring. Who does that. Rude, disrespectful companies allowing this behavior from their employees.

This company has been working as security at my school (LCAD), and they are so much better than the people who worked here before. In the past year or so they’ve worked here, these guys have been timely and coolheaded in emergencies, always polite, and reasonable about enforcing the rules. I am glad to have Waris and his crew working here, and feel safer with them around.

I had a very professional and pleasant experience with Empire Private Security. I would highly recommend them! I called them in a pinch and they delivered with a smile. It doesn’t get better than that. they made me feel safe.

The main guard at my complex is nice, however the company as a whole is horrible and is not following HOA protocol, and are bent on harassing my family. Unfortunately there are others in the complex that feel the same.

We were having major theft issues on site, we used Empire private Security to Patrol in Laguna Woods. I always see them around, and they are diligent and responsive. I am very happy with their service, have not had any issues since hiring Empire private Security.

Being a board member for the past 16 years, we have ended our business with many security companies due to their lack of professionalism and providing good services. Our goal has always been to work with a security provider that has the ability to enforce rules and meet our community needs. Therefore, I strongly recommend Empire Private Security company for any community in search of better security services. They are not only professional but strong enough to handle any job. Empire Private Security has brought many positive changes in our community and we are more than happy to continue doing business with them.

one of the best and professional private security company i have ever seen.we used to live in Santa Ana but recently moved in to south county and met couple times with empire private security team.I find them very tough and highly professional which make me and my family safe. this community HOA rules are very strict but has nothing to do with the security company because they are only following HOA rules. I know it is hard to deal with all rules but at least there are plenty of parking space at all the times and most importantly we are safe because of this awesome security company
