I recently moved both my home and office security systems to Big Apple Intercom & Camera (from larger national companies). I have experienced great customer service. The pricing was reasonable, installation was quick, and Kyle (The security expert) was both knowledgeable and communicative. Big Apple Intercom & Camera has followed up to ensure I am satisfied with the service, and I am confident any issues that may arise in the future will be handled promptly and with professionalism. I can tell you that I am fully satisfied with the service Big Apple Intercom & Camera provided.

I went with Big Apple Intercom & Camera to install my home security system based on Google reviews (and cross-referencing them with other online reviews websites). Big Apple Intercom & Camera has been nothing short of excellent. Morris, my main point of contact, was very professional; he provided lots of information about alarm systems in general (as I was deciding between several companies) and was great not only at setting up my alarm system and patiently teaching me about it, but incidentally helping me come to a decision on which security cameras to install (I was amazed by today’s technology). Additionally, Morris provided his cell phone number in case there are ever any issues with the alarm system in the future (luckily, I have had no issues to date). It’s rare that you find this level of customer service these days, as I’ve had a couple of not-so-great experiences with contractors in Manhattan since newly owning a home.

I am managing few properties in NYC and learned that there is no replacement to quality. I am not into trying to get the cheapest option. I have learned that not once the cheapest option is the one the cost the most. I got recommendation about Big Apple Intercom & Camera from someone that only recommend the best of the best. And just like before, he wasn’t wrong as Big Apple Intercom & Camera are really something else. Starting with showing to our meeting on time, they came ready with a lot of details and 3 different options. Craig is the security expert I met with and let me tell you: He is the real deal. To make a long story short: Craig from Big Apple Intercom & Camera is the specialist and the company you want to hire if you are planning intercom system installation or repair services. I already know I am going to hire Big Apple Intercom & Camera again soon.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Leonard and his staff at Big Apple Intercom & Camera. We asked Leonard to come over to review our needs in person and he was glad to do so. He was punctual, pleasant, and very professional. There was no high pressure pitch for unnecessary items. Leonard was able to set up the installation appointment (one that was at our convenience) on the spot. Leonard (installer) contacted us when he was on his way. He was also punctual, pleasant, and very professional. We discussed all options for location of various items. He was anxious to please us, as well as get us the best service. Leonard was extremely patient when he showed us how the system worked, including working with the app on our IPhones. The price for the parts, installation, and central monitoring is reasonable. I can honestly say that having the system gives us peace of mind. We have full confidence in the system and the support that is available from Big Apple. I would recommend them to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with service Big Apple Intercom & Camera provided. Clark from Big Apple Intercom & Camera went above and beyond in working with us to make sure all of our security needs were met. He initially came out to do a walkthrough to see what was needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly and with a smile. The professionalism and care that Clark showed us was top notch, and he is the reason we ended up using Big Apple Intercom & Camera for our security system. It is employees like Clark that will keep me loyal and the reason I recommend Big Apple Intercom & Camera to all of my family and friends who own businesses in Astoria area. I have also spoke to Big Apple Intercom & Camera a few times over the phone and dealt with some of the installers that came out to our house. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you Big Apple Intercom & Camera for having employees like Clark who’s professional and friendly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Big Apple is amazing! My shop was recently broken into and many valuables stolen. The thieves took the time to try to break into multiple points in our shop – we were closed for the holiday weekend. Our shop is at a nice neighborhood in Astoria so we were surprised that someone spent the time and effort to break into it. I called Mel at Big Apple Intercom & Camera and was able to get a monitored security system installed in our shop 3 days. Although a little pricey (we are renting and bought the equipment outright) the cost of the system is nothing compared to the peace of mind we now have. Trust me, prevention is key. The thieves who broke into our shop took much more than the cost of the security system. I love our security system – from the time I called Mel to the installation everything went smoothly. The app that comes with the system is awesome! I can secure my shop remotely as well as can check up on it while at away. If you need a security system this is the one for you; and if you get Mel to install it for you it means you will get top level of service.
